Terms and Conditions

Payment: Payment is required to begin production of your pin order. After your approval of artwork an Invoice will be sent to you via Paypal. We accept master card and Visa and checking account payments via Paypal invoice only. Any other payment arrangements must be made in advance of placing order. After payment is received, your pin order will go into production.

Cancellations and changes: No changes or cancellations will be accepted 3 days after production begins.

Production: Due to very seldom occurrences beyond our control, all pin orders are subject to a 2% over/under run quantities.

Delivery: Please allow yourself enough time to order your pins. Regular orders take 3-4 weeks from approval of artwork to delivery of pins to you. Less that 3 weeks time requires an additional Rush order charge. Rush order charges can increase your cost 10-15% of your total order. Total time to receive your pins can vary from 4-5 weeks or more depending on how long it takes you to approve your art work. Don't wait till the last minute!!

Problems: Any problems with pin order must be presented to SportsPins4u within 7 days of receipt of order.

SportsPins4u , assumes no responsibility for usage on all copyrighted or trademarked logos or designs sent to us for reproductions. We will assume no liability in any disputes, customer assumes all liability in any dispute. The designs on this website are examples and manufacturer samples only.
